FieldKit is a field recording app that uses your device's microphone to capture audio. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
FieldKit uses your device's microphone to record audio. Recordings are stored locally on your device. Audio is never transmitted to external servers.
If enabled, FieldKit can capture your location when recording to geotag your files. Location data is stored locally with your recordings and is never transmitted externally. You can disable this feature in Settings.

FieldKit offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock Pro features. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
FieldKit does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store for processing in-app purchases.
FieldKit does not collect any personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13.
